Ben is the CEO and Founding Partner of OneAsia Healthcare Solutions, leading their North Asia and ASEAN practice from Manila. With 25 years in healthcare, he previously spent 23 years at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices & Diagnostics.

At J&J, Ben was International Vice-President for North Asia and a member of the Asia Pacific Regional Leadership Team. He also chaired the Lifescan Diabetes Care Franchise and co-chaired a strategic partnership with the Chinese Ministry of Health. Earlier, he held key leadership roles including Area Manager International for Greater China and Managing Director of ASEAN and Pakistan.

Ben’s global experience across Europe, North America, and Asia provides a deep understanding of diverse cultures, enabling him to effectively lead and collaborate internationally. He’s known for turning around businesses, building strong organizations, and consistently driving growth. Ben currently serves on several company and NGO boards.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College and a Master’s in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
