He’s held prominent roles like Managing Director of Bausch & Lomb Philippines and Franchise Director of Johnson & Johnson Medical Philippines, and founded Ergent Outsource, Inc., a healthcare information and BPO service provider.

A distinguished leader, Erwin is the only three-time winner of the Marketing Manager of the Year award at Johnson & Johnson Medical Philippines, where he significantly grew the Ethicon division. He’s known for successfully launching new products across Asia and won the 2002 IMPACT Awards Innovation Prize for the Surgery Information Registry database program.

As a Process Excellence champion, Erwin improved competitive capabilities for J&J Medical in the Philippines and Korea, implementing Six Sigma and Business Process Reengineering projects that boosted sales and customer satisfaction. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
