His career showcases extensive leadership experience in both multinational corporations and successful Chinese companies. He served as SVP for Biosensor International, overseeing operations across Asia and China, and held various GM roles at Philips Healthcare, Nobel Biocare, Geistlich Pharma, and Johnson & Johnson Medical China (Cordis and DePuy).

In China, he successfully brought Amsino Medical to an IPO and revitalized JI Wei Medical.
