Madhukar is the CEO and Founding Member of OneAsia Healthcare Solutions, with over 35 years of leadership across finance, compliance, healthcare, and corporate advisory in Asia Pacific. He is currently based in Singapore and spearheads executive search, healthcare consulting, and business services for multinational clients.
Madhukar spent 18 years at Johnson & Johnson in various senior roles including Regional Finance for Asia Pacific and Executive Director for Healthcare Compliance. He oversaw operations across 50 companies, led Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, and negotiated the IHQ status with the Singapore government that resulted in significant tax and cost savings. His Regional responsibilities in Johnson & Johnson included strategic planning and treasury function across ASEAN and APAC.
Madhukar’s deep domain expertise spans corporate finance, healthcare, medical devices, and business restructuring. He is a Chartered Accountant with a master’s degree in Commerce specializing in Business Administration.
