Quan brings over two decades of extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, marked by a strong track record in clinical and regulatory affairs. Her career includes leadership roles at Eli Lilly, GSK, Johnson & Johnson Medical, GE Healthcare, Align Technology, and Baxter.

As VP of QARA at GE Healthcare, she managed a $3.6 billion business across Asia Pacific including Greater China. At Align Technology, she successfully spearheaded QA/RA & Government Affairs for their first Asia Greenfield plant, achieving product registration within a year. At Baxter, Quan led over 600 quality and regulatory professionals across diverse global regions.

A former two-term Vice Chair of the Global Harmonization Working Party (GHWP), Quan now serves as a Strategic Advisory Board member, contributing to global regulatory harmonization. She is also a Guest Professor at GHWP (GZ) Academy, a joint initiative with South China University of Technology. Quan holds an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy from The London University, School of Pharmacy, UK.
